This website, arthaweartech.com, is operated by Artha WearTech Solutions, Plot No 1-90/2/11/32-35, Survey No 86, Vittal Rao Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081, India, with offices in the USA and Indonesia. Artha WearTech decides how the information described here is used and is responsible for it.

This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, who processes it for us, how long we keep it and the rights you have. It applies to this website only, not to software platforms we supply under separate agreements.

When you submit a form (a contact enquiry, quote request, call-back request, case study or white paper download, or newsletter signup) we record the details you enter. Depending on the form, that is your name, work email address, phone number, company, job title, country, industry and your message.

With each submission we also record the page or document it relates to, the time, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. The last two are kept for security and to stop abuse of the forms.

If you accept analytics cookies, we also count your visit: the page you landed on, the site that referred you, any campaign tags in the link and a truncated one-way hash of your IP address. See the Cookie Policy for detail.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive personal information such as health, financial or identity-document details.

To respond to your enquiry or quote request, to email you the document you asked for, and to follow up on the application you contacted us about. This is done at your request and with the consent you give on the form.

To send occasional case studies, white papers or updates, only if you subscribed or ticked the option to receive them. Every such email tells you how to stop receiving them.

To keep the website and its forms secure, and to understand which pages are useful, which is our legitimate interest in running the site.

Confirmations and requested documents are sent from noreply@artha-weartech.io. Gated documents are delivered as an attached PDF and a personal download link that expires after 30 days; we record when the link is used so we know the delivery worked.

Your submission is seen only by the Artha WearTech sales and engineering staff responsible for answering it. We do not sell your information and do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and under their own security commitments: Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Upstash Inc. (encrypted database storage) and Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft 365 email). Their servers may be located outside your country, including in the United States.

Where a partner manufacturer needs to answer a technical question about your application, we will tell you before passing your enquiry on. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

The site is served only over HTTPS. Stored data is encrypted at rest, access to the lead console requires a named account with a strong password and two-step verification, and every change made in the console is logged.

Enquiry and download records are kept for as long as we need them to support the business relationship and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, and are then deleted. You can ask us to delete your record sooner at any time.

Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law, the EU and UK GDPR and US state privacy laws, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time; that does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

To make a request, email the address below. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the data protection authority where you live.

This is a business website for industrial buyers and engineers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
